Privacy
Short version: no accounts, no ads, no third-party trackers. One cookie so your streak works.
The one cookie
When you start a game we set one first-party cookie holding a random, anonymous player ID. It's how we keep your game, your streak and your stats. It isn't linked to your name, email or any other site, and it isn't used for advertising. It's functional: without it the game can't remember your progress.
What we store
- Your games: the questions and guesses you type, the replies, and your result. After 30 days a game is trimmed to a short summary (date, result, score) for your stats.
- Counters, not logs: how many people started, finished, won and shared each puzzle, the score spread, and how often a question was asked. These are first-party counts in our own database.
- A short-lived transfer code, only if you ask for one to move your streak to another device.
Answering your questions
To answer a question we haven't seen before, its text (and nothing about you) is sent to an AI service that picks a reply from our fixed list. Common answers are cached so most questions never leave our servers. Don't type personal information into the game.
After you finish, you may see crowd stats such as the most common opening question. Text is only shown when many players asked the same thing and it passes moderation, so nothing you write is shown as yours.
Analytics and bot checks
- We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and doesn't track you across sites, for page views and load speed.
- Cloudflare Turnstile may run a quick, usually invisible check that you're human, to keep bots from running up costs.
On your device
Your browser's local storage remembers small preferences, like whether sound is on and whether you've seen the how-to. It never leaves your device.
Deleting your data
Clearing this site's cookies disconnects you from your history; the anonymous records left behind can't be tied back to you.
